We were not however, prepared for the outstanding level of professionalism and service we received from you. As you know, we did not buy this house quickly. We appreciated the time and information you gave us in finding the right place for our needs. Your communication skills, availability, rapid reply to all e-mails and cell phone calls and helpful interface between buyer/seller were really exceptional. You were familiar with every detail of both the property and the process, and helped us with not only the large important aspects of the purchase, but also the small details, such as hiring a handy-man for minor repairs. Your recommendation of Caroline Wolf as mortgage broker was also great- she was outstanding. I was satisfied with the home inspector and neutral on Franz Termite Pest Inspection as they under estimated the damage/repairs needed. After we completed the purchase, you spent time and energy helping us rent the property, by listing it for us and helping to screen and interview the (multiple) applicants. Lastly, your unexpected offer to act as a property manager for the rental was “above and beyond the call of duty”.

In short, we found you to be very competent, helpful, organized, detail oriented and efficient. You were always pleasant and calm (even during negotiations) and never "pushy" (which we greatly appreciated).

It has been a pleasure to work with you and we would recommend you to any of our friends or colleagues, without reservation. We would also be happy to act as your reference in the future.

Finally we've found our home!!! Thank you so very much for helping us find the right place. How long did this actually take? Let's see.... First, we were looking without having any clue where we wanted to be or how much we wanted to spend (both changed quite a few times during the process). Then we came to the realization that Mike and I weren't in agreement on how much we would get for our current home (I was right!). After selling our house (many thanks to you) we went through a series of possibilities (Hallmark, Maxwell, Cordilleras, Greensway, Ward, Hubbard, Hopkins, West Poplar and Woodsworth) with several offers all declined (Marlin and 2x Blanford). I wouldn't dare mention all the ones we saw and hated. We eventually end up in an apartment in Foster City (not even an area we have EVER considered). After only living in the apartment for 2 weeks we find the right ONE. I guess like life, it's a journey with ups and downs. You, my friend, are a very patient and professional person. I can only hope that your future clients are more decisive than us. With that said I again want to thank you for helping us during this transition and making it all possible for our family.

Excellent school and location have made Palo Alto a desirable place to live for a lot of Bay area’s family, therefore, it is extremely challenging to buy a home in this area. At the beginning, we have worked with another realtor for several months and our experience was very frustrating, then we asked Pooneh for help. We were very impressed by her knowledge of this area. Pooneh fully understood our need and always provided valuable information about the homes on the market. She had an excellent connection with the realtors, so she was able to get accurate information from the selling agent. This was very helpful for us to make the right offer when we competed with other potential buyers. She was also very patient and we felt very comfortable working with her. Thank you so much for showing Naomi the property. She likes it very much. However, she did indicate that the 2nd bedroom, currently used as a TV room, is a bit small. It's understandable that a 1000 sq feet apartment does not have two big bedrooms.
